Qualifications:

(1) Must have made important achievements in basic theory or applied research in the field of crop science and technology; or remarkable achievements in key technology and applied technology innovation during the doctoral study period.

(2) Must have published papers in important academic journals or important academic conferences.

(3) Must have obtained his / her doctorate within two years prior to the date of submission.

(4) Must be a student member of the CSSC, and his / her first tutor must be a member of the CSSC.

(5) The dissertation has not received any other awards (except those from degree-awarding units).

Award Period and Quota: This prize is selected once a year (herein one session) to no more than 10 winners.
